I decided to be more specific on what types of sites are likely to be added to the rotation. This is a button rotation for non-commercial websites of various types. I wanted to keep it vague so there could be a variety of websites, but there have been a lot of commercial websites submitted. The point is kind of for people to find other interesting people or communities through the rotation. Not buy hosting or products.
